CrossFit Austin Boot Camp Class



Day 1 Class 1
We have had an overwhelming response to our CrossFit Boot Camp class. Today was the first day of the class; we had fourteen in attendance and an additional four or six coming on Wednesday. I am completely ecstatic about the number of attendess.

CrossFit Austin WOD or workout of the day:

Calisthenics:
Jumping Jax X 10
Pushups X5
Completed four rounds

Squat thrusts X12
Crunches 40 reps
Cats & Dogs X12
Jumping Jax X 20

Focus Mit Training X 20 minutes

Dynamax Core Wheel Series followed by:
Situps X10
Scissor Situps X10

Overall this was a low to moderate intensity workout about a two on a ten scale.

Our CrossFit classes are 60 min and consist two components: Warm up, skill practice, movement prep & stretching, followed by THE WORKOUT.

• We place a heavy emphasis on mechanics and form to ensure your confidence, safety, and results.
• You'll be challenged with athletic, functional exercises, bodyweight calesthenics, weightlifting, and cardiovascular conditioning.

Don't worry, if you're just getting yourself back into shape and think that it could be too hard.

• All our workouts are "scalable" based on your level.
• We regularly make adjustments in the number of repetitions, the amount of weight, and the distance so that everyone can participate!

Not Only Will You Have Fun, You Will Develop Superior:

• Cardiovascular/respiratory endurance

• Flexibility
